Veridio Ltd ("we", "our", "us") operates the AI governance assessment service at assess.veridio.co.uk. We are committed to protecting your privacy and processing your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What data we collect

• Contact information: Name, email address, job title, organisation name
• Organisation details: Sector, size, stage, country
• Assessment responses: Your answers to governance questions
• Payment information: Processed securely by Stripe; we do not store card details

How we use your data

• To deliver your assessment and generate your report
• To send transactional emails about your assessment
• To send follow-up communications (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To improve our assessment framework and services

Data storage

Your data is stored in the EU using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. All services are GDPR-compliant.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Resend (email delivery)
• Anthropic (AI narrative generation — anonymised assessment data only)
• HubSpot (CRM — contact and organisation details)

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

Cookies

We use Plausible for privacy-respecting analytics. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. We do not use advertising cookies or Google Analytics.
